Just a quick update...

We were so busy this weekend. My parents came down and brought with them my grandmother. The house was full!! They came in on Friday and left this morning. They stayed a day extra due to the fact that putting up our pool was more work then expected. Let me just say if you buy an above ground pool, pay the extra grand and have them install it too. The ground work wasn't what was tough. Mainly because we used to have a pool and it split down the side a couple of years ago, so we just now got up enough money to purchase another one. So, the ground was more or less leveled out already. The pain was the pool wall. You have to line up this huge 18 foot round steel wall into a track no bigger then a finger width apart. Needless to say it was hard!! Something I do not ever want to try and do again. So anyways. It's up and filling up now. When Z gets home we will install the skimmer and pump then when it gets all done we will put the chemicals in and it will be time to swim!! I am just as excited as the kids, hehe. I think the water brings out the kid in me. The only thing I am dreading is purchasing a swim suit!! I shudder at the thought....

So mammie as she is known as, my grandmother came down with my parents. I just love when she comes too. She was 88 last week. And I want her to spend as much time as possible with the kids, so they will know their great grandmother. I know that Pumpkin is so young and all and probably won't remember much of her, but I have all the pictures to show how much fun they had together. Just to see them play and mammie reading to her. It was so great. Mammie loves her to death, and Pumpkin sure took up a lot of time wanting to play with her. I will post the pics as soon as I load them from my camera.

Pumpkin is taking a nap and K-bean is nagging at me to get on the computer. So, I believe I will go and lay down for just a few minutes before I have to get dinner started....
