I tell you, on Sunday afternoon a million different color designs came to me for invitations and announcements. It was crazy! I think I wrote down 20 different color combos. I haven't started working on them yet because I have decided to expand my wedding announcements to include save the date and invitations. So, now when you have a color combo of say Neopolitan you can get the save the date, invitations and announcements!
I have my Etsy shop for PBandJ Celebrations but I would love to launch a website sometime around the first of next year. There is a lot that goes into building a web site from scratch. I have done it once before but this is sorta like my "baby", I wanna work on it a little at a time so that it's perfect when I launch it.
There is a whole new look on PBandJ Celebrations that is coming. I have a whole line of food inspired color combos. To give you a peek, this is Sour Apple...
I am going to close my PB&J Celebrations blog and just use my Etsy shop. I am not sure when I will close it, but I have already changed the link on my button in my side bar to lead to the Etsy shop instead of the blog. I see no reason to have both.
I can see this going so far. I mean really far. I see a little shop one day. Where you can purchase all your invitations and announcements as well as other little personalized things. Like the crystal just married and bridal party shirts. Plus shirts with kids ages displayed on them with the same color combinations as their invitations. I am just going to stick to my little Etsy shop for the time being and focus on opening up a web site next year. I just wanna see how far I can take this.
I would love to have feedback from my readers on some things before I post them to Etsy. So for starters. What do y'all think of Sour Apple??
Keep a close eye on my blog, I will be posting a gift certificate this summer for PBandJ Celebrations. You may wanna stay tuned for this in June, since it's 3 outta 4 of our birthdays then. It could be sorta a little b'day celebration!! : )
