Sun Protection Zone ~ Review and Giveaway

Skin cancer is the most common cancer, accounting for at least half of all cancer diagnoses. That is why protecting our skin is so important.

We live in the South where the sun can be brutal, really it can be brutal anywhere. Most days our UV index is in the extreme levels. I want to make sure that we are protected. That is why when Sun Protection Zone contacted me about their products I was excited to try them out.

The girls both received the complete package; rash guards, hats, Sea & Ski All Day SPF 30, sunglasses and very cool Solar Safe UV Sun Monitor Wristbands. I was sorta worried about the fact that the rash guards were long sleeves. It's hot in the summer and long sleeves is something you don't normally wear. These were very light weight and the girls never complained of being hot! (my girls are complainers) The rash guards are SPF 100+. How great is that? The sun screen works great. Zack burns super easy, but with this he was able to stay out longer than normal.

The Solar Safe wristbands really come in handy. They tell you when you need to reapply sunscreen as well as when you've been out too long and should head into the shade. This is all done simply by them changing colors.
